Vadim A. Glozman

Vadim A. Glozman Principal Attorney

Vadim A. Glozman represents individuals and corporations in federal criminal prosecutions, white collar investigations, serious state felony cases, and parallel civil and administrative proceedings. His practice is based in Chicago and focuses on cases involving fraud, public corruption, asset forfeiture, murder, violent crimes, and other charges in federal and state court. He has defended clients in matters prosecuted by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other federal agencies, and has handled cases in multiple federal districts nationwide and throughout Illinois state courts.

Mr. Glozman’s federal practice includes prosecutions involving healthcare fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, mail fraud, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, money laundering, theft of trade secrets, RICO, and drug trafficking offenses. He also represents clients in criminal and civil asset forfeiture proceedings and has appellate experience in federal and state courts. His work extends to all phases of criminal cases—from grand jury investigations and target letter responses through trial, sentencing, and appeal.

In Illinois state court, Mr. Glozman defends serious felony prosecutions including murder, sex offenses, drug trafficking, weapons charges, and violent crimes. His state practice is limited to cases that carry substantial prison exposure and require the same level of preparation and trial experience he brings to federal matters.

Mr. Glozman has tried cases to verdict in federal and state court. He has secured acquittals, dismissals, and sentence reductions in complex matters, and has represented clients in cases involving cooperating witnesses, wiretap evidence, and multi-defendant conspiracies. His practice also includes representation of individuals and businesses during internal investigations and government inquiries before charges are filed.

Criminal cases—whether prosecuted by the federal government or the state—are rarely simple, and the consequences of conviction extend beyond prison. They affect professional licenses, immigration status, financial solvency, and reputation. Mr. Glozman’s practice is built around cases where the stakes require experienced trial counsel who understands not only the rules of procedure, but how criminal prosecutions are actually defended. He represents clients in Chicago, throughout Illinois, and in federal courts nationwide.

"Vadim is a wonderful lawyer who truly cares about his clients. He is very knowledgeable and a skillful litigator. He made navigating the legal system seamless. Every step of the way of the way I felt confident in his ability and legal plan."
